chg-zd-mtx not loading the right tape

Hi,

Using 16 Tape autoloader with Amanda version 2.5.2p1 with havereader=0
chg-zd-mtx gets a tape and loads it but the "current" in changer-slot does not seem to update itself depending on the labelled tape to load in
tapelist.

Can someone help? I have added the relevent files.

As amandabackup run:
amtape DailyTapeDataSet update

See if its get updated

Hi sunil,

When i do
amtape farm_daily_backup update it starts to scan the current slot in this example, 4.

But get an error, remember that i have havereader=0

amtape farm_daily_backup update
amtape: scanning all 8 slots in tape-changer rack:
slot 4: date 20071122 label Daily04
amtape: could not load slot 4: badly formed result from changer: "4 "

This says that amanda is not able to load the tape from slot 4.
As amandabackup user please try to load/unload using ammt
