Planner Hanging

Hi,

We were running 3.4.4 and hit an issue where the planner would go into a tight loop and never complete. We upgraded to 3.5.1 and this seemed to resolve the issue for a few days, but now the planner is hanging again, however this time it seems to be deadlock rather than loop as I see no CPU activity for it. So far our only work around is to kill the planner processes and re-running the backup.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
