    Default Strange bug... trying to dump DELETED host

    Backups have been broken for several days, and the e-mails all say:

    "planner: FATAL assert: ep->estimate[0].level != -1 is false: file planner.c, line 1313"

    Followed by ALL the hosts / dles being "MISSING".

    In the log, the line just before that mentions one DLE of a host that was DELETED (with amadmin) and commented-out from the disklist.

    Code:
    INFO planner Adding new disk $DELETEDHOST:/data1.
    FATAL planner assert: ep->estimate[0].level != -1 is false: file planner.c, line 1313
    WARNING driver WARNING: got empty schedule from planner
    Also found a lingering reference in command_file. A "246 FLUSH {...} $DELETEDHOST {...} TODO" line.

    It works if I remove all the log.* files, but that doesn't strike me as a viable option. Also seems like something amadmin delete should be able to find and eliminate, or something the planner should be resilient enough not to fail on.
