Hi Zmanda team,

is it possible to encrypt a single database in our backup set, and leave the other databases that are being backed up unencrypted?
We are trying to avoid too much data overhead and would like to separate our encrypted database backups from our unencrypted ones, however all databases are one SQL Web edition server.

SQL Web does not allow TDE encryption and therefore the database cannot be encrypted on-the-fly.
