I installed 4.11 on a Windows Server 2012 machine and it is now hanging when I open the application. Has anyone seen this and know what to do? Java Version is Version 7 Update 67.

This is easily the most common cause for 'hang' behavior when ZCB is opened.

If that doesn't work, please open a support ticket so we can investigate.

This is easily the most common cause for 'hang' behavior when ZCB is opened.

You could also upgrade to 4.12, which doesn't have any known 'hang' behaviors. Just log into your account at [url]http://network.zmanda.com[/url], download the 4.12 installer, and run it to start the upgrade process.
