Default Full backup for all database error

Hi, I tested ZRM for mysql and It works full snap backup (raw) for my own database.
So, I tried full snap backup (raw) for all database but It created 2 errors.

First error : tar: ./mysql: Cannot change ownership to uid 116, gid 0: Operation not permitted

Second error : Can't hotcopy to '/backup/dailyrun-snap/20140317113123/mysql' because directory already exist and the --allowold or --addtodest options were not given.

Any idea for fix this issue ?
    Regards, Arnold.

Check the ownership of MySQL database/binary log files. Also make sure the same uid/gid for ZRM user was used in MySQL server and ZRM server.

    Thanks
