Compress and Email Backup Folder

Hi All:

I am using zrm 2.2.0-1 for mysql backup and its working fine.
ZRM creates a folder containing the backup files (index, DB and checksum) files.

This folder is in the machine local drive, now I want ZRM to compress this folder and email me the file.
How would I do this with ZRM?

If ZRM cannot do this, please suggest options for me to accomplish this.

I am using Centos 5.7 but very new to Linux and ZRM.

I believe centos is based off of linux. As for your question you might have to do this compression manually.
