    Default OpenIdiana and Zmanda

    Hi there

I am thinking about to evaluate Zmanda with 30 day's support subscription.

The commercial Zmanda Server does also support OpenIndia or Nexenta instead oracle Solaris? It's planned to deploy it with PostgreSQL.
Or are supported binarys available for FreeBSD? We want have ZFS for primary storage and secondary save on a Tape-Library. But we don't want to have only one business contract with Oracle.

    Clients:
    40 MacOSX Desktops
    10 Windows Desktops
    2 Windows Server
    20 Linux Server

    cheers Darko

Zmanda commercial (Amanda Enterprise) supports Open Indiana and Nexenta. We also support FreeBSD using Professional
Services. There are specific application plugins that back up ZFS efficiently.

Please contact zsales at zmanda dot com for more information.

    thanks
    Paddy
