Faulting application ZWCService.exe

Today we installed ZCB 3.0.2 on a 32bits Hyper-V Windows Server 2008. Whenever I start a backup, the backup is aborted after a view seconds with the message: 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'.

I added the ports 10080 and 10081 to the Firewall settings, but this didn't solve the issue.

Then I noticed that the ZWCService.exe stops whenever I start a backup. The Application Event Log shows the following error message:

Any further details on this issue? I'm seeing the same errors on a Windows 2008R2 client; my whole amanda backup locks up (ie, stops and never completes) after this happens.
