Thread: Error in connecting to Event Server.

    Default Error in connecting to Event Server.

    When I take a backup of mysql-database, I always get this following error messege:

    "Error in connecting to Event Server. Please restart the ZRM services." :-(

    I had re-installed ZRM, but it is still not work.

    Could somebody kindly tell me how to solve this problem?

    I would suggest opening a case at Zmanda network. It is necessary to look
    at your specific configuration/logs.
