Default Upload Hangs on "In Progress"

I'm working with getting ZIB to work. I've updated to the latest versions and everything, but I am still unable to upload. It hangs on "In progress", and never uploads a single byte.

    Any ideas?

Do you use by any chance a localized version of Windows, e.g. German or French?

No, this is a Windows 2003 Standard installation, fully patched, without any localization.

I have collected the logs, and that created a .cab that is 7MB, which is too large to attach. Is there a particular file you'd like, or shall I put this on a website somewhere?

    Thanks!

Are you able to perform backup to local disk..?

Can you please try following steps:
    • First perform backup to local disk. To perform this, select “backup-set”, select “Full backup to disk” in Drop down box located at bottom of “Backup” page. Click “Go”.
    • Once backup to local disk succeeds, try to upload the same backup to S3. To upload, “Go to Reports page”. Select backup to upload. “Right Click” and select “Upload backup”.
Above mentioned steps will help us to understand the root cause. Please attach logs if anything fails.

I can perform these steps again, however, the logs previously provided are of a full backup, and I did try to manually upload it after the first upload hung.
