Linuxquestions.org uses the same software for forums, but has lots of refinements and choices appropriate to the massive number of posts that appear there. At least a couple of those would be really useful here.
For quick scans of all the forums, having shortcuts to "zero reply posts" and "recent posts" that goes beyond the "Today's posts" would make it easier to quickly look through for things that need replies without having to click down into every forum.
If the "Advanced Search" would allow not having any search keywords, it could be done there by choosing "no more than" 0 replies or by choosing a time period of the last week.
I hope I'm not missing something obvious, but I've poked through the menus and stuff on a couple of occasions looking for some option that would help.
