Hey guys,

As I understand magnetic tapes are not the most error proof storage medium. With time there is a great possibility that some error on the tape may become corrupt or unreadable.

I was just wondering how AMANDA will handle any sort of data corruptions that it may come across? Will other data off the disk be readable or will one error end all possibilities of recovering off that particular tape?

Thanks in advance,

Jared.
