My employer requires that all software that is installed or operated on its computers "shall be
vendor supported" and that such support "shall be such that identified operational problems and security vulnerabilities are rapidly mitigated by vendor provided patches."

Is this level of support available for Amanda?

If such support is not free, then how much does it cost?
