Windows Client use VSS(volume shadow service) for taking snapshot of a volume to be backed up. A snapshot is maily for proper backup of open files. From the errors it seems that the snapshot is not getting created.

Can you tell if VSS Service is disabled or in manual state ? Please toggle the state of the VSS Service (Start -> Run -> services.msc -> Volume Shadow Copy) to manual state, in case disabled.

If it is manual/automatic, then you need to send the logs to us.

Hi Jacek,

Sorry for the typo, the service name is "Volume Shadow Copy" (not Volume Shadow Service). Pl. see if its enabled and in "Manual" Startup type.
