Hi,

We're looking to upgrade our mysql database from v4.1 to 5.0, and we'd ideally like to be able to check the correctness of our data after the process is complete. Can anyone tell me if there's a way, using ZRM, to compare backups of the same data from 2 different versions of mysql to check whether the data has been corrupted?

I guess the other option would be to do an export to CSV pre and post upgrade and compare these, but I thought I'd check if ZRM can do it.

Thanks,
Guy

You can do logical backup and compare the backup sql files.
