Directory information

Hi,

I wanted to know what information about the directory are maintained by Backup PC. For example, the directory consist of following attributes
1) For Linux:
- Inode
- Permissions
- Hardlink
- Access | Modify | Change
- .....

2) For Windows:
- ObjID,
- Permission (6 different form)
- Short Name
- Date Modified
- Date Change

Secondly, while maintaining file details, is it absolutely necessary to see file access | modification | change time. Do we also need to check this details for directory as well.
