Hello,

I'm testing Zmanda 1.0.3 and still have a problem with incremental backups.

My log-bin files are saved in a seperate directory but zmanda want to copy these files from my data directory.

Is there any option to change this path?

regards,

This is a known problem in 1.0.3. The binary log path will be made configurable
in the next release (currently being tested). Take a look at the bug (http://forums.zmanda.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8) for
filed for this issue.

There is a workaround for debian distribution (http://debian.systs.org/linux/92/mysql-zrm-debian-mysql-srv-and-backup-level-1/) in case you are using it.

Thanks,
Paddy

ZRM for MySQL 1.1 version provides "mysql-binlogpath (http://mysqlbackup.zmanda.com/index.php/How_do_I_configure_MySQL_ZRM%3F#MySQL_server_param eters)" parameter in mysql-zrm.conf. This parameter can be set to the directory location of MySQL binary logs.
