So, I've been trying to find more information about the windows side of this. I know it's now supported - at the very least in the current commercial release, but I am not seeing the support in the current community edition.

Is there somewhere I can obtain the windows copy plugin to do raw backups of mysql databases on windows systems? Or are we still limited to logical backups of windows platforms in the community edition?

In community edition you are limited to doing logical backups of windows platform. You will need enterprise edition to perform snapshot backups of windows platform.

You can do logical backups of Windows machine. You can do only full backups and there is no need to install software on
windows client. You will need a linux ZRM server.

If you need complete windows solution, you will have to buy ZRM enterprise.
