Hello!

I've just downloaded and configured Zmanda to take mysql dumps on my database.

Works great and easy!

However I use a mysql with a GIS extension to make mysql handel geodata better.

If I run a normal mysqldump the data becomes corrupt/compromised the only way for me do dump the data and still be able to restore it is to use the option --hex-blob with mysqldump.

I simply wondering if I can enter this parameter to Zmada so I can use this to make automated backups.

Thanks in advance! :)

Yes. You can in 2.1 Please use "extra-mysqldump-options" in mysql-zrm.conf
