    Default Unable to connect to database error after update to latest version

    I updated to the latest version.
    Install went smooth without error.
    When I launch ZCB I receive an error: "Unable to connect to database. Please ensure that the ZWC Service is started."
    I have double checked service. It is running and I have restarted the service. I still receive the same error.

    Hi,

    I've seen this occasionally after an upgrade, and it usually indicates that some part of the upgrade process wasn't successful.

    Please uninstall the program. When asked if you want to preserve configuration, say "yes". Then install.

    Should fix you right up!
